Our shoes are made true to size, which means you can buy your regular shoe size. Note that many of our shoes are made from genuine leather that stretch and mold to the foot over time. Today we offer sizes from 36-41, and sizes 41-46.

Where is my order?

You can see the estimated delivery time and status of your order in your order confirmation. If an item hasn't been delivered on time, please refer to your order confirmation email to check if it was placed on extended delivery. You can also track your order using the tracking number provided on your order confirmation.

Change or cancel order

We can't make changes to processing orders as our orders are usually packed right away. Always try to email customer service and we'll do our best to help you.

Shipping methods

We ship from our warehouse at Schenker, Örebro, Sweden. 

Delivery time

Shipping within Sweden is 1-3 working days. Other countries is 2-5 days. Orders placed on weekends are sent the following Monday.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs will appear in your checkout depending on the country you are ordering from. Shipping within Sweden is free. 

Return policy

You can return your order for up to 30 days from receiving it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

All items are inspected thoroughly by our warehouse. For a full refund on your items they have to be in the same condition as you got them and with all tags intact and in the original packaging. We do not accept refunds with any sign of wear or use.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

How to create a return

Your return labels are added in our parcel for a fast and easy return. From the day you send your package to us, it can take up to 15 days for our warehouse to receive, register and refund your order. We kindly ask you to read our exchange & returns policy or contact us at info@philiphog.com if you have any further questions regarding you return.
