You can see the estimated delivery time and status of your order in your order confirmation. If an item hasn't been delivered on time, please refer to your order confirmation email to check if it was placed on extended delivery. You can also track your order using the tracking number provided on your order confirmation.
Change or cancel order
We can't make changes to processing orders as our orders are usually packed right away. Always try to email customer service and we'll do our best to help you.
